随着我国教育改革的深入,全面推进素质教育,加快教育改革,大力发展职业教育,提高教育质量,增强学生就业创业能力,已经成为一种历史趋势。当前中职学校人才培养的实际效果与市场需求存在矛盾,人才培养不适应社会的现状与语文教学有着直接关系。根据中职语文教学的现状,结合教学实践提出了如何解决的相关对策,使学生真正提高适应社会的能力。
With the deepening of education reform in our country, it has become a historical trend to comprehensively promote quality education, speed up education reform, vigorously develop vocational education, improve the quality of education, and enhance the ability of students to start their own businesses. There is a contradiction between the actual effect of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools and market demand. The current situation that the cultivation of talents does not meet the needs of the society is directly related to Chinese teaching. According to the status quo of Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational schools, combined with teaching practice put forward some countermeasures to solve, so that students can truly improve their ability to adapt to society.
