本文介绍了广东省地矿局对所属地勘单位试行“工资总额与经济效益挂钩”的做法和取得的效果,认为有利于增强地勘单位的活力,促进地质工作的发展。但只有在地勘单位以对外经营收入为主的情况下(至少占50%以上)才能实行。
This article introduces the practices and achievements made by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources on the pilot implementation of the “total wages and economic benefits” by their respective geological exploration units. It considers that it is conducive to enhancing the vitality of geological exploration units and promoting the development of geological work. However, it can only be implemented if the geological exploration units mainly rely on the revenue from external operations (at least 50% or above).
