用LSAB法对12例肝细胞癌病人手术切除标本进行转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)免疫染色,经计算机图象分析系统分析,发现肝癌组织的TGF-β1表达明显低于癌旁肝组织,阳性染色面积(相对数),肝癌与癌旁肝组织分别为(9.96±10.7)%和(56.6±26.62)%(P<0.01)。此外,外周血TGF-β1水平测定(SELISA法)发现,健康志愿者组和肝硬化病人组外周血TGF-β1水平明显高于肝癌病人(未治疗组),3组分别为(182.92±90.45)μg/L,(119.53±87.73)μg/L和(62.37±51.52)μg/L(P<0.01和P<0.05);本研究提示肝癌细胞TGF-β1表达降低可能与其细胞的转化和生长失控有关,也是其生物学特征之一。
The LSAB method was used to perform immunostaining for transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in 12 surgically resected specimens of hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of TGF-β1 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in para-cancer liver tissue after analysis by computer image analysis system. The positive staining area (relative number), liver cancer and adjacent liver tissues were (9.96±10.7)% and (56.6±26.62)%, respectively (P<0.01). In addition, peripheral blood TGF-β1 levels (SELISA) found that the levels of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood of healthy volunteers and patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than those of patients with liver cancer (untreated group). The three groups were (182.92±). 90.45) μg/L, (119.53±87.73) μg/L and (62.37±51.52) μg/L (P<0.01 and P<0.05); The decreased expression of TGF-β1 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells may be related to the loss of cell growth and control, and it is also one of its biological characteristics.
