本文报告了478例中等劳动强度健康工人常规通气功能、最大呼气流速-容量曲线。从所测得结果制订出正常男、女不吸烟者及男性吸烟者、VC、FEV_(1.0)、FVC、MVV、FEV_(1.0)%、PEF、V_(75)、V_(50)、V_(25)、V_(50)/V_(25)十项指标的预计值回归方程式。由于使用含有体重、体表面积参数的预计值公式不甚合理,故本文制订了以年龄、身高为主要参数的肺通气功能正常值回归方程。
This paper reports the routine ventilation function and the maximal expiratory flow-volume curve of 478 moderately-labor -ious healthy workers. According to the measured results, the normal male and female non-smokers and male smokers were enrolled in the study. The results showed that the levels of VC, FEV 1.0, FVC, MVV, FEV 1.0, PEF, V 75, V 50, V_ 25), V_ (50) / V_ (25) ten indicators of the expected value regression equation. Because of the use of body weight, body surface area parameters of the expected value formula is not reasonable, so this paper developed by age, height as the main parameter of normal lung ventilation function regression equation.
