日本大学医学部发表了一项“如何自我诊断身心压力”调查研究报告。该报告列举了30个症状。只出现其中5种症状者,属轻微紧张型,需要留意,不过只要马上休养就可以获得恢复:有11—12项症状者,属于严重紧张型,必须找专门医师商谈,并进行诊疗才行;有21种以上症状者,在一般日常生活中就会出现适应障碍的情形,而且可能产生身心不适症。总之,出现6种以上症状者,便表示身心状况出现警号灯了,应休养为宜。30种症状如下:
