目的:了解我院不合理用药处方的情况,提高药师指导医生和病人合理用药的能力。方法:随机抽取门诊及病房处方18790张,从中挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果:不合理用药处方556张,不合格率为2.96%。不合理用药发生频率较高的是药物配伍不合理,药物用法不合理及选药不合理等。结论:我院存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,主要是由临床医生的专业缺陷引起的,药师应具备药学综合性知识,加强用药指导。
Objectives: To understand the situation of irrational prescriptions in our hospital and to improve the ability of pharmacists to guide doctors and patients in rational drug use. Methods: 18790 outpatient and ward prescriptions were randomly selected from which unreasonable prescriptions were selected for classification analysis. Results: 556 unreasonable prescriptions, with a failure rate of 2.96%. The unreasonable frequency of drug use is unreasonable drug compatibility, drug usage unreasonable and drug unreasonable. Conclusion: There is a certain degree of irrational drug use in our hospital, which is mainly caused by the professional defects of clinicians. Pharmacists should have the comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy and strengthen the guidance of medication.
