一、前言 活塞环对气缸壁的径向压力分布图形取决于活塞环在自由状态时的形状。因此,环要获得所预想的环周径向压力分布图形,必须采用活塞环仿形加工车床将环外形加工成对应的自由状态形状。 环在自由状态时的环周径向变动量与环有效自由开口A-S的尺寸和环周径向压力分布成一定函数的关系。只有具有相同的环参数和一致的环周径向压力分布函数的环,才具有相似的自由状态形状和径向变动量,且径向变动量与A-S成正比。根据这一原理,对某种径向压力分布函数和参数相同的环,在某一尺寸范围内采用变杠杆比的仿形机构和一种通用凸轮即能仿制。
