本研究试图比较有耐力训练的男子和女子,运动中,脂肪酸在能量供应上所起的作用。另外,为了确定他们骨骼肌的脂肪代谢能力,也通过试管测定对线粒体的酶活性及由软脂酸辅酶A(以~(14)C标记的Polmitoyl-1—~(14)C)氧化形成~(14)co_2的能力进行了观察。
This study attempted to compare the role of fatty acids in energy supply in men and women with endurance training. In addition, mitochondrial enzyme activity and mitochondrial oxidase activity were also assayed by in vitro test tubes and oxidized by palmitic acid coenzyme A (~ (14) C-labeled Polmitoyl-1- ~ (14) C) to determine their lipolytic capacity in skeletal muscle (14) co_2 ability was observed.
