本文报道一例用胸积液建立起来的肺癌细胞株的染色体变化。标本采自该株建立后第42代。染色体数目范围分布甚广(30~233),众数为67—70,占总数的50.9%。7个G带核型的分析可见有众多的异常染色体,其中有4个标记染色体,即M_1—t(1:3)(qier→q~(21)::p~(21)→q~(ter));M_2—4p+伴有HSR(4)(p25—p33);M_3—t(3;5)(p~(ter)→p~(21)::p~(15)→q~(ter))和M_4—t(10;?)(p13::?)M_2和M_4均见于全部7个G带核型,而M_1与M_3则分别见于6个及4个核型中。本文对3号染色体断裂在肺癌中和1号染色体断裂在恶性肿瘤中的意义作了讨论。
This article reports a case of chromosomal changes in lung cancer cell lines established with pleural effusion. Specimens were collected from the 42nd generation after the establishment of the strain. Chromosome number distribution is very wide (30 ~ 233), the mode is 67-70, accounting for 50.9% of the total. There are many abnormal chromosomes in the analysis of 7 G-band karyotypes, including 4 marker chromosomes, namely M_1-t (1: 3) (qier → q ~ (21) :: p ~ (21) → q ~ ); M_2-4p + with HSR (4) (p25-p33); M_3-t (3; 5) (p ~ (ter) → p ~ (21) :: p ~ (15) → q ~ ) and M_4-t (10;?) (p13 ::?) M_2 and M_4 were found in all seven G-band karyotypes, while M_1 and M_3 were found in 6 and 4 karyotypes, respectively. This article discusses the significance of chromosome 3 rupture in lung cancer and chromosome 1 rupture in malignant tumors.
