ICP摄谱分析法检出限的测定是一个既麻烦又容易引起争议的问题。“ICP检出限委员会”曾根据国际纯粹和应用化学联合会(IUPAC)关于检出限定义提出一个“检出限大纲”,主要介绍了光电法检出限及其测量有关的一些问题。而对摄谱法检出限,该大纲并未涉及。本文提出一种与IUPAC所推荐的检出限定义相一致的ICP摄谱法检出限的测定方法,并对背景噪声分布特性等及国内外流行的摄谱法检出限测定方法进行比较和讨论。在本文所选定的折衷条件下,所观察到的ICP摄谱法背景噪声分布特性与ICP光电法所观察到
The ICP detection limit of detection is a troublesome and controversial issue. The “ICP Detection Limit Commission” has proposed a “detection limit outline” based on the IUPAC definition of the detection limit. It mainly introduces the detection limits of the photoelectric method and some problems related to the measurement. The detection limit of the spectrometry, the outline did not involve. In this paper, we propose a method to determine the detection limit of ICP spectrometry, which is consistent with the definition of detection limit recommended by IUPAC, and compare the detection methods such as the distribution of background noise and the prevailing spectrophotometry discuss.
