目的对全县农牧区1~6岁儿童未梢血中的3种元素进行测定、分析,以便合理调整微量元素,保证儿童正常生长发育。方法本院儿科门诊就诊4200名儿童,其中男童2498名,女童1702名。采用北京博军创新光电技术投份有限公司生产的BH1500原子吸收光谱仪测定,隔天一次,操作由专职化验人员进行。结果 4~6岁组儿童血铁水平较1~3岁组显著增加(t=2.350,P<0.01);县城儿童血钙、铁水平高于农牧区(P<0.05),锌水平差异无显著性(P值均0.05)。结论新疆新源县人民医院采用原子吸收光谱仪对全县农牧区1~6岁儿童末梢血中的3种元素进行测定、分析,以便合理调整微量元素,检测血钙、铁、锌水平,以保证儿童正常生长发育。
Objective To determine and analyze the three elements in the blood of 1 to 6 years old children in the farming and animal husbandry areas in order to adjust the trace elements rationally and ensure the normal growth and development of children. Methods Pediatric outpatient visits 4,200 children, including 2498 boys and 1702 girls. Using Beijing Bo Jun Innovative Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. production of BH1500 atomic absorption spectrophotometry measured every other day, the operation conducted by a full-time laboratory personnel. Results The level of serum iron in children aged 4 to 6 years old was significantly higher than that in children aged 1 to 3 years (t = 2.350, P <0.01). The level of serum calcium and iron in county children was higher than that in farming and pasturing areas (P <0.05) Significance (P = 0.05). Conclusion Xinyuan County People’s Hospital of Xinjiang used atomic absorption spectrometry to measure and analyze the three elements in the peripheral blood of children aged 1 to 6 years old in farming and pastoral areas in order to adjust the trace elements and detect the level of serum calcium, Ensure normal growth and development of children.
