本文从特别权力关系理论出发,结合我国公务员权利保障机制,分析二者之间的关系,尝试结合我国行政机构及公务员权利保障机制发展现状,寻找完善我国公务员权利保障机制的方式和方法。
Starting from the theory of special power relations, combining with the guarantee mechanism of civil servants’ rights in our country, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two and attempts to find ways and means to improve the mechanism of safeguarding civil servants’ rights in China by combining with the current situation of our country’s administrative institutions and civil servants’ rights protection mechanism.
