教育要不断地与时代接轨就得按照现实的需要循序渐进的进行教学改革,无论是教学内容,教学措施还是教学制度都不能一成不变,需要依据国家对于人才的需要和社会对人才的要求进行教育教学,这些改革能否具有实际效果将能直接或者间接的影响到学校的人才培养好坏。笔者在下文中将针对小学教学改革进行探讨并简要的分析家长、学校和学生之间怎样配合共同促进改革的开展。
To keep pace with the times, education must follow the actual needs of gradual progress of teaching reform, both teaching content, teaching measures or teaching system can not be static, need to be based on the country’s needs for talent and social requirements of personnel for education and teaching, Whether these reforms can have practical effects will directly or indirectly affect the quality of personnel training in schools. In the following, the author will discuss the reform of primary education and briefly analyze how parents, schools and students cooperate to jointly promote the reform.
