采用三段片断弓技术对 2 0例成人安氏 1类高角深覆牙合进行矫治 ,常规腭杆口外弓加强支抗 ,压低前牙前及压低半年后摄定位侧位片。结果显示 ,上颌中切牙长轴与鼻根点、上齿槽座点的夹角没有改变 ;上中切牙切缘至腭平面距离明显减小 ;上颌第一磨牙阻力中心至腭平面距离无显著性差异 ;上颌第一磨牙阻力中心至翼上颌裂点与腭平面垂线的距离略增大。提示该技术在整体压低上中切牙的同时 ,可有效地保护后牙支抗 ,是一种高效矫治深覆牙合的方法。
Three segments of segment arch technique were used to treat 20 cases of Angle 1 type high angle and deep overbite in adults. The conventional palatal extraoral arch was used to strengthen the support, to depress the anterior teeth and lower the posterior lateral radiographs. The results showed that there was no change in the angle between the maxillary central incisor long axis and the nasal root and upper alveolar base, the distance from the incision to the palatal plane was significantly reduced, and the distance from the maxillary first molar center to the palatal plane was Significant differences; maxillary first molar resistance center to the wing maxillary cleft point and the palatal plane perpendicular to the distance slightly increased. Tip of the technology in the overall depression on the incisors at the same time, can effectively protect the posterior teeth support, is an effective treatment of deep overbite method.
