手足口病是一种由数种肠道病毒引起的儿童常见传染病,它是我国法定报告管理的丙类传染病。全年均可有发病,3~11月为多见,6~8月为高发期。大多数患者症状轻微,以发热和手、足、口腔等部位的皮疹或疱疹为主要症状。从发病的症状来看,大多轻则发热,少数重则死亡。尤其是在托幼机构这样的幼儿集体生活场所内,环境卫生、消毒预防、切断传染源、控制交叉感染等尤为重要。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》明确规定:
Hand, foot and mouth disease is a common infectious disease of children caused by several kinds of enterovirus. It is a type C infectious disease managed by our country’s statutory report. The disease can occur throughout the year, 3 to 11 months more common, 6 to August for the high incidence. Most patients with mild symptoms, fever and hand, foot, mouth and other parts of the rash or herpes as the main symptoms. From the onset of symptoms, most of the light from the heat, a few heavy death.
