盐渍土地区路面修补用灌缝材料比一般地区更易发生破坏,文章通过自行设计的沥青灌缝试块抗剪强度试验方法,分别探讨了试块在不同氯化钠、硫酸钠溶液浓度下的抗剪强度规律,解释了灌缝沥青在盐渍土地区环境下更易破坏的原因;研究了试块抗剪强度与龄期的关系;针对盐渍土这一特殊的环境,研究出了适用于盐渍土地区灌缝的新型UBM改型沥青,对比了普通沥青与UBM改性沥青抗盐侵蚀的性能;同时通过试验路段路面裂缝修补验证了室内试验的结果,为盐渍土地区沥青路面的养护维修提供了参考依据。
In the saline soil area, the grouting material for pavement repairing is more prone to damage than the general area. Through the self-designed shear strength test method of the asphalt grouting test block, the effects of different concentrations of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate solution The law of shear strength is explained, the reason why the grouting asphalt is more easily destroyed in the saline soil area is studied. The relationship between the shear strength and the age is studied. According to the special environment of saline soil, The new type of UBM modified bitumen infiltrated in saline soil area was compared with that of ordinary bitumen and UBM modified bitumen, and the result of indoor test was verified by the crack repair of pavement crack in the test section. Maintenance provides a reference for maintenance.
