航空租赁业是租赁业中的一个分支,在国际市场上,航空公司主要采用融资租赁与经营性质取得飞机的使用权,解决自身运力不足。我国航空租赁业以改革开放为起点,与西方发达国家相比起步较晚,且因全球民航飞机主要提供商均为西方国家公司(如播音、空客),所以受到国外租赁公司排挤,中国独资租赁公司更是举步维艰。但是,我国航空租赁业具有巨大的发展潜力。2017年5月5月14点,具有完全自主知识产权的中国大型民用客机C919在上海浦东成功试飞。目前C919大型客机已获得平安金融租赁、国银租赁、建信租赁、美国通用电气租赁等23家用户的570架订单,国内订单占总订单比约95%以上。本文根据C919契机分析我国航空租赁业的今后发展的优劣。
Aviation leasing industry is a branch of the leasing industry. In the international market, airlines mainly use the financial leasing and operating nature to obtain the right to use the aircraft to solve their own lack of capacity. China’s aviation leasing industry started with the reform and opening up and started relatively late compared with the developed countries in the west. Because the main providers of global civil aviation aircraft are Western state companies (such as broadcast and airbus), they are excluded by foreign leasing companies and wholly-owned by China Leasing companies is even more difficult. However, China’s aviation leasing industry has great potential for development. May 2017 May 14, 2009, C919, a large-scale commercial passenger plane with complete independent intellectual property rights, successfully piloted in Shanghai Pudong. At present, C919 large-scale passenger plane has obtained 570 orders from 23 users such as Ping An Financial Leasing, Bank of China Leasing, Jianxin Leasing, and United States General Electric Leasing. The domestic orders account for more than 95% of the total orders. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the future development of China’s aviation leasing industry based on the C919 opportunity.
