目的:探讨不同血液透析方式对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法:将80例尿毒症患者随机分为常规血液透析组、血液透析滤过组,每组40例,治疗时间为12个月,对透析后患者钙、磷变化进行记录。结果:两组尿毒症患者经不同的血液透析治疗后,钙、磷差异显著。结论:血液透析滤过组的尿毒症患者低钙血症改善明显,血清磷下降显著,能高效清除小分子物质和通过对流高效清除中分子物质。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different hemodialysis methods on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with uremia. Methods: 80 patients with uremia were randomly divided into routine hemodialysis group, hemodiafiltration group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment time was 12 months. The changes of calcium and phosphorus in patients after dialysis were recorded. Results: After hemodialysis treatment, the difference of calcium and phosphorus between two groups of patients with uremia was significant. Conclusion: Hypocalcemia in hemodialysis patients with uremia improved significantly, serum phosphorus decreased significantly, which can effectively remove small molecules and efficiently remove medium molecular substances by convection.
