利用突变理论的基本思想,讨论了沸腾系统中的突变和滞后,深入分析了流速、过冷度和重力对过渡沸腾的影响.“,”Bifurcation theory has been used to analyze transition of boiling modes. It is demonstrated that transition of modes is virtually corresponded to the sub-critical bifurcation and supercritical bifurcation of destabilization in liquid-vapor phase. Catastrophe and hysteresis in boiling system have been discussed by use of basic ideas in catastrophe theory. The present investigations challenge the classical linear-and average-based nucleate boiling models. Effects of liquid velocity, sub-cooled degree and gravity on transition boiling have been thoroughly analyzed. It reveals that transition-boiling phenomena tend to disappear at extremely high velocity, sub-cooled degree and gravity.
