通信设备的机械结构,是产品极为重要的组成部份。结构形式的合理与否,将直接影响到主机的性能和质量。因此产品结构必须体现技术上的先进、经济上的合理、生产加工实现容易、使用维护方便可靠的要求。在结构设计上“三化”程度越高,产品零部件互换通用性强,零部件、元器件的品种少,才能加速设计进度,缩短试制周期,有利于尽快投入批量生产。 由于电路集成化的迅速发展,元器件的体积越来越小,因此电信设备的机械结构就应当随着这种发展的需要设计出相适应的机械结构。当前国外电子通信设备机械结构的发展都在逐步走向单元组装积木化结构,随着元件小型化、电路的集成化和通信设备单元组装积木化
