Location: Angola, Soap Village / Time of shooting: August 16, 9: 57INFO: Canon 1Ds Mark III, F4.5, 1/125 seconds, ISO 200 Soba village in Mukawana (Mucawana) family, where the girls have strong muscles, but never a mirror. The women in the village usually have a Portuguese name, sometimes listening to their singing, I can vaguely identify “Hallelujah”, and it is clear that the missionaries must have embarked on this land. A little girl showed me her blonde doll, and she made up many traditional pigtails for the doll, looking exactly like herself. There is not even a shop in the village. After the tourists came, they exchanged their traditional accessories with villagers with their personal belongings. I think the doll of this little girl probably came through exchange.
