目前,我国大部分高职院校管理皆采用院系两级管理模式,并取得了一定的成效。以发展趋势来看,院系两级管理的实施在当前及今后一定时期里,将继续作为高职院校发展的重要部分。鉴于此,对高职院校院系两级管理进行深入地剖析和探索是具有重要意义的。为此,本文拟就高职院校两级管理的含义出发,进一步阐述高职院校实施院系两级管理的必要性,并对目前高职院校院系两级管理存在的问题和不足进行分析,从中探索出实施院系两级管理的有效途径。
At present, most of the management of higher vocational colleges in our country adopt the two-level faculty management mode and have achieved certain results.
