近年来,随着智慧城市等概念的提出,各大电信运营商纷纷投入到无线城市、无线校园的建设当中。其中一些电信运营商的WLAN网络已经覆盖了大中城市几乎所有的机场、火车站和商务楼宇,3G无线宽带网络覆盖到了县城一级,有的甚至覆盖到了乡镇一级。日前,笔者对东、中、西部一些省区市的无线宽带网络进行了调查,结果发现,由于对客户使用习惯把握不够、设备安全可靠性较低等原因,导致出现无线宽带网络建设同市场需求发展不匹配、网络资源忙闲不均、业务经济效益低下等诸多问题。不过,笔者通过分析也认为,运营商可以通过对用户使用习惯的培养、网络精细化运营和维护等有效措施,改善无线宽带业务运营效率,提高网络资源利用水平,从而促进平台型业务效益的提升。
In recent years, with the concept of smart city put forward, major telecom operators have invested in wireless city, wireless campus construction. However, through the analysis, the author also believes that operators can improve the operational efficiency of wireless broadband services and improve the utilization of network resources through effective measures such as user habits, fine network operation and maintenance, and promote the enhancement of platform-based business efficiency. .
