各市、州人民政府,省政府各厅委、各直属机构:为加强税收征管和财务监督,保障财政收入,维护正常的社会经济秩序,维护纳税人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》规定,经省人民政府同意,决定在全省推行使用税控收款机。现就有关事项通知如下:一、推行范围凡我省范围内缴纳营业税的单位和有一定经营规模及固定经营场所的个体工商户,均应使用省地方税务局统一认定的符合国家税控要求、科技含量高、防伪性能强的税控收款机。凡已经使用非税控收款机的,应到当地主管地税机关办理登记,分期分批更换税控收款机;凡需新购收款机的业主必须购买和使用税控收款机,并到当地主管地税机关办理有关手续。
