以螺杆真空泵为研究对象,采用表面织构技术改善排气端处机械密封的润滑及摩擦性能,建立了矩形端面微孔机械密封的流体动力学分析模型,编写相应的程序,模拟分析了不同表面织构参数对密封性能参数的影响,对比了给定工况下织构表面机械密封与传统机械密封的泄漏量、摩擦功耗的变化情况。结果表明:改进后的新型机械密封性能良好,摩擦功耗降低,有效地改善了机械密封摩擦副端面磨损剧烈的问题,能更好的满足工业的应用要求,具有应用价值。
Taking the screw vacuum pump as the research object, the surface texture technology was used to improve the lubrication and friction performance of the mechanical seal at the exhaust end. The hydrodynamic analysis model of the rectangular end face microporous mechanical seal was established and the corresponding program was programmed. The influence of texture parameters on the sealing performance parameters was analyzed. The changes of the leakage and frictional power consumption of the mechanical seal and the traditional mechanical seal on the textured surface under a given operating condition were compared. The results show that the improved new mechanical seal has good performance, reduced frictional power consumption, effectively improved the severe abrasion of the mechanical seal friction pair, and better meets the industrial application requirements and has application value.
