近期,电影《十二公民》上映,引发社会对于法律、公民、理性等问题的热议。影片讲述一个“富二代”杀父案件成了法学院期末补考的内容后,12名由学生家长充当的“陪审员”模拟审理该案的故事。公民的概念,在政治学中存在争议,但核心意涵是确定的,即一个人拥有独立的人格,能以理性的方式参与到公共生活中。几千年的专制文化,使中国多臣民和奴才,缺乏理性、独立的人格特质。有什么样的人民,就会有什么样的社会
Recently, the release of the movie “Twelve Citizens” has triggered a heated debate in the community over such issues as law, citizenship and rationality.
