根据建设部建科函[1999]82号通知,建设部1999年度科技进步奖和科技成果推广应用奖评选工作业已开始。《通知》要求:推荐科技进步奖的项目应是1998年10月31日以前鉴定(评估)的项目;凡属有争议的项目,争议未解决前,不得推荐;推荐项目的主要完成单位、主要完成人均按鉴定(评估)证书中的排序填写;推荐截止日期为1999年5月30日。
According to the Ministry of Construction Jianke letter [1999] No. 82 notice, Ministry of Construction 1999 Science and Technology Progress Award and application of scientific and technological achievements to promote the selection of applications has begun. The Notice requires that: The project recommending the Progress Award in Science and Technology should be the project appraised (assessed) before October 31, 1998; it should not be recommended until it is a controversial project and the dispute has not been resolved; and the major units that are recommended to complete the project, mainly Per capita according to the identification (assessment) certificate in the order of fill; recommended deadline for May 30, 1999.
