本文利用小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞研究了该乳剂对~3H—TdR掺入DNA合成的影响,其抑制强度为55%,后作用约为4小时,揭示了该乳剂能够干扰~3H—TdR进入癌细胞影响DNA的合成。并且与阿糖胞苷等药物进行了比较,在实验的浓度下作用强度约为阿糖胞苷的2/3左右。
In this study, mouse Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells were used to study the effect of the emulsion on the DNA synthesis of ~3H-TdR incorporation. The inhibition intensity was 55% and the post-effect was about 4 hours, revealing that the emulsion could interfere with the ~3H-TdR entry. Cancer cells affect DNA synthesis. In comparison with cytarabine and other drugs, the strength of the experiment was about 2/3 of that of cytarabine.
