“精细化管理”概念的提出最早起源于美国科学管理之父泰勒的理念,随着历史的进步和时代经济的不断前行,这一管理方法不断的成熟与完善。当时间的车轮转到2011年,世界经济危机爆发,全球进入到后危机时代,在效益当道的年代,实施精细化管理是企业科学发展的要求,也是管理水平提升的必然选择。
The concept of “meticulous management” originated from the concept of Taylor, the father of scientific management in the United States. With the progress of history and the continuous advance of the economy of the times, this management method has been continuously matured and perfected. When the wheel of the time turns to 2011, the global economic crisis has erupted and the world has entered into an era of post-crisis. In the era of effective management, the implementation of meticulous management is the scientific development requirement of enterprises and the inevitable choice for the improvement of management level.
