本文对连续螺旋折流板管壳式换热器的一个周期,采用周期性充分发展模型对不同的旁路挡板数量和宽度对换热器壳侧流动换热性能影响进行数值模拟分析。计算结果表明:1)随着旁路挡板数量增加,在相同挡板宽度和相同质量流量条件下,壳侧换热系数提高9.3%~41.7%,同时压损升高37.5%~189.7%;2)随着旁路挡板宽度增加,在相同挡板数量和相同质量流量条件下,壳侧换热系数提高1.6%~34.5%,同时压损升高11.1%~146.6%。
In this paper, the numerical simulation of the influence of the number and width of bypass baffles on the shell side heat transfer performance of a continuous spiral baffled shell-and-tube heat exchanger is carried out by using a periodic full development model. The results show that: 1) With the increase of the number of bypass baffles, the shell side heat transfer coefficient increases by 9.3% ~ 41.7% and the pressure loss increases by 37.5% ~ 189.7% at the same baffle width and same mass flow rate. 2) With the increase of bypass baffle width, the shell side heat transfer coefficient increases by 1.6% -34.5% and the pressure loss increases by 11.1% -146.6% at the same baffle number and same mass flow rate.
