近读北京《支部生活》第8期中《她是我合格的助手》一篇小故事,引我沉思良久,难免发几句感慨。这则故事大意说:一位年轻护士第一次担任责任护士,是给一位赫赫有名的外科专家作助手。面对一个复杂的外科手术,他们艰苦地干了一天,那位护士一刻也不曾离开。当专家要缝合伤口时,女护士却三番两次严肃劝阻,因为她看到用了12块纱布,专家却只取出11块。当她几乎哭喊着对专家说“您不能这样做”时,专家举着左手手心里握着的第12块纱布,向全场人宣布:“她是我合格的助手!”并在日后对她说:“人世间,除了权力、金钱等等以外,还有一个使人获得成功的百灵百验的秘诀,有了它,人的潜能可以成倍施展。这就是:正直。”小护士的正直之举自当引人赞佩,而那位外科专家把“品格正直”视
