多系统器官功能衰竭(简称MSOF)是重症肝炎常见的合并症及主要的死亡原因之一。现将我院1988年至1991年收治的重症肝炎105例作回顾性分析如下。临床资料一、一般资料:105例中男79例,女26例;年龄最小1岁,最大75岁。平均37岁。其中急性重症型2例、亚急性重症型41例、慢性重症型62例。HBsAg(ELISA)阳性76例,占72.4％。
Multi-system organ failure (MSOF) is a common complication of severe hepatitis and one of the major causes of death. A retrospective analysis of 105 cases of severe hepatitis treated in our hospital from 1988 to 1991 is as follows. Clinical data First, the general information: 105 cases of male 79 cases, 26 females; the youngest 1 year old, maximum 75 years old. Average 37 years old. Among them, 2 cases were acute severe type, 41 cases were subacute severe type and 62 cases were chronic severe type. 76 cases were positive for HBsAg (ELISA), accounting for 72.4%.
