作者报告经CT证实的19例小脑梗塞和20例小脑出血。48.6%在发病3天内确诊,86.6%在9天内确诊。梗塞中的15例和出血中的12例无意识障碍。均有十分相似的临床特点,表现为眩晕、眼球震颤、恶心呕吐、步态不稳和肢体共济失调。头痛、肢体无力和颅神经麻痹少见。眩晕均为自发性,发作时持续5分钟以上,只有3例病人因头部活动诱发历时数秒短暂眩晕。梗塞中的6例和出血中的3例有一侧性眼震。眼颤方向并不指示损害侧,一侧
The authors reported 19 cases of cerebellar infarction and 20 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage confirmed by CT. 48.6% were confirmed within 3 days of onset and 86.6% were confirmed within 9 days. 15 of the infarcts and 12 of the bleeding unconsciously. Have very similar clinical features, manifested as dizziness, nystagmus, nausea, vomiting, gait instability and limb ataxia. Headache, limb weakness and cranial nerve paralysis rare. Vertigo were spontaneous, sustained attack for more than 5 minutes, only 3 cases of patients with head activity induced by a few seconds of short-term dizziness.
