德育是合作学习真实有效的重要根源。在我校合作学习实施中,我发现部分班级和教师的合作学习已经涉及合作学习德育功能的运用,放大和延伸了合作学习小组的功能。在实践中,把合作学习小组定位为具有积极相互依赖性、学生间促进性相互作用、明确个人责任、共同奋斗目标的成长团队或成长共同体,充分发挥小组成长共同体的德育小情境,促进学生自我品格建构以及对他人和社会的组内
Moral education is an important and effective source of cooperative learning. During the implementation of cooperative learning in our school, I found that the cooperative learning of some classes and teachers has involved the use of the function of cooperative learning and moral education, and has enlarged and extended the functions of the cooperative learning group.
