长期以来,对学校管理者进行培训几乎成为我国中小学校长成长的唯一途径。实际上,从国际范围看,对于领导者的发展途径,除了培训这一外铄的方式之外,近些年来人们更倾向于管理者本人的自我开发和自我修炼。中小学校长的自我修炼包括哲学素质、德行、个性和教育管理能力的自我修炼。校长可通过撰写个人日记、加入学会和专业团体、为刊物撰稿、培训和教育他人等技术来提高自身能力和修养。
For a long time, training school administrators has almost become the only way for primary and secondary school principals to grow in our country. In fact, from the perspective of the international community, in addition to the way of training the nephew, leaders have been inclined to develop their own self-cultivation and self-cultivation in recent years. The self-cultivation of primary and secondary school principals includes self-cultivation of philosophical quality, virtue, individuality and educational management.
