本文应用放免法检测男、女胎儿羊水睾酮(T)和促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)含量,进行比较。共测定羊水T56例,其中男胎30例均数为0.58nmol/L;女胎26例均数为0.25nmol/L,两者的95%可信限有明显重叠。羊水FSH测定共59例,其中男胎29例均数为2.94U/L:女胎30例均数为18.84U/L,其95%可信限相互重叠者仅3%。作者认为羊水FSH测定与细胞遗传学技术配合应用对检测胎儿性别更具有实际意义。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of amniotic fluid testosterone (T) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in male and female fetuses. A total of T56 cases of amniotic fluid were measured, of which 30 cases of male fetuses were 0.58nmol / L; 26 cases of female fetus mean 0.25nmol / L, 95% confidence limits of the two overlap significantly. Amniotic fluid FSH measured a total of 59 cases, of which 29 cases of male fetuses were 2.94U / L: 30 cases of female fetuses were 18.84U / L, 95% confidence interval overlap of only 3%. The authors believe that amniotic fluid FSH determination and cytogenetic technology with the detection of fetal sex with more practical significance.
