众所周知,阴茎的勃起与维持受神经、血管、内分泌、心理等多种因素的影响和调节,其中阴茎血流动力学的变化无疑起着十分关键的作用。为此,近年来我们应用电阻抗容积描记(Electrical impedance plethysmog-raphy)技术,创建了用阻抗法测定阴茎血流图(Rheopenisgram)。现介绍并初步分析如下:一、对象和方法46名具有正常性能力的成年男子,年龄24~75岁;其中30岁以下3人,30~39岁12人,40~49岁13人,50岁以上18人。1.仪器与设备:采用上海医用电子仪器厂生产的 RG—2B 电桥式血流图仪,标准讯号固定为0.1Ω。用自制的宽度为1cm 的导
