The total number of workers and staff in the Soviet Union’s national economy was 39.2 million by the end of 1950, an increase of 6.7 million more than in 1940. Every Soviet company has a large number of engineers, technicians, foreman and workers. Engineers were educated in higher education; technicians and foreman were educated in secondary education; workers were classified in eight levels and also received some degree of technical education. How many workers who master new technologies and who have been increasing year by year with the development of the Soviet Union’s national economy are the ones from which they were cultivated? The visit of the Technological School has answered this question.
