改革开放以来,我国市场经济飞速发展,在市场经济体制下,中小企业对于经济发展的推动力越来越显著,并在促进就业、推动创新、培养人才等方面发挥着重要的作用。但客观来看,当前中小企业在发展过程中容易受到经济波动带来的负面影响,甚至会在剧烈的市场竞争中被打垮。因此,必须出台相应的中小企业发展支持政策,有力推动中小企业的成长,使中小企业为国家和社会的发展注入更多的动力。
Since the reform and opening up, the market economy in our country has developed rapidly. Under the market economy system, SMEs play an increasingly significant driving force in economic development and play an important role in promoting employment, promoting innovation and training qualified personnel. Objectively speaking, at present, SMEs are vulnerable to the negative impact of economic fluctuations in the development process and even be defeated in the fierce market competition. Therefore, corresponding support policies for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises must be promulgated to effectively promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, so that SMEs will inject more impetus into the development of the country and society.
