多年以来,睢宁县梁集乡切实加强机井管理工作,不断完善机井管理规章制度,充分发挥井灌效益,大大地提高机井的利用率,机泵的完好率,为改变农业生产条件,促进农业增产作出贡献。1985年全乡粮食总产4940万斤,比1980年增长2015万斤,比未打井的1966年增加4190万斤,井灌区的粮食单产比1980年提高了100斤,比未打井的1966年提高了1297斤,去年全乡粮食总产值达到1486万元,社员分配水平311元。
