水系是城市得以形成和发展的基础,确定城市水系的生态环境需水量对维持其生态系统健康发展具有重要意义。根据城市水系的特点及功能,结合水量健康和水质健康两方面要求,按各项需水量在城市水文循环过程中的去向,将其整合划分为消耗型需水和非消耗型需水两部分。在综合考虑累加原则、兼容性原则、最大值原则及等级制原则的基础上,建立优化分析模型,克服了传统方法计算交叉、重叠的问题,使结果更加精确合理。以保定市为例进行实证研究,其计算结果为保定市的生态环境建设及水资源优化配置提供了决策依据。
Water system is the basis for the formation and development of cities. Determining the ecological environment water demand of urban water systems is of great significance for maintaining the healthy development of its ecosystem. According to the characteristics and functions of urban water system, according to the requirements of water quality and health, the integration of water demand in urban hydrological cycle is divided into two parts: consumption water demand and non-consumption water demand. On the basis of comprehensively considering the principle of accumulation, the principle of compatibility, the principle of maximum value and the principle of hierarchy, the optimization analysis model is established to overcome the problem of overlapping and overlapping calculated by the traditional method so that the result is more accurate and reasonable. Taking Baoding as an example, the empirical research is carried out. The calculation results provide the basis for decision making for the ecological environment construction and the optimal allocation of water resources in Baoding.
