创新不但贯穿于既有成功的脉络,也指向无路可寻的前方重庆市属企业有44家,与“总掌门”国资委主任廖庆轩感情最深的,当属渝富。渝富成立之初,时任国资委副主任廖庆轩受命出任首任董事长,陪伴这家当时一无所有的企业走过了最艰难的一段路。其后他又以副主任身份分管渝富长达5年。在廖庆轩看来,渝富发展壮大既是重庆国企近年来改革发展的缩影,更是一个有力的助推器。
