氨基甙类抗生素中以新霉素耳蜗毒性最大,卡那霉素和链霉素次之。动物试验已证实新霉素中耳局部应用具有耳蜗毒性,临床应用0.5~1%卡那霉素滴耳治疗急、慢性化脓性中耳炎。鉴于对卡那霉素中耳应用的耳蜗毒性研究国內尚未见报道,特进行以下动物实验研究。一、材料和方法: 1.实验动物:健康豚鼠21只,体重250~400克,Preyer’s反射均阳性。实验组:豚鼠16只,分三组:第一组5只,中耳置入5%卡那霉素0.1毫升,15天杀死;第二组7只,中耳置入5%卡那霉素0.1毫升,30天杀死,第三组4只,中耳置入10
Among the aminoglycosides, neomycin was the most toxic, followed by kanamycin and streptomycin.
