目的:比较三种硬化剂的致硬化作用和局部毒性。方法:将152 只 S D 大鼠随机分为5 % 鱼肝油酸钠组( n = 48) 、1 % 乙氧硬化醇组( n = 48) 、消痔灵注射液组( n = 48) 和对照组( n = 8) ,每只大鼠以自身对照分别将三种硬化剂注入股静脉内及其周围,于注射后2 h ~3 周取静脉及其周围组织行组织学检查。结果:24 h 后,5 % 鱼肝油酸钠组和1 % 乙氧硬化醇组均发生坏死性炎症伴明显中性粒细胞浸润;而消痔灵组发生“凝固性坏死”伴轻度炎细胞浸润。72 h 后,肉芽组织开始修复并逐渐纤维化。消痔灵于静脉周围注射后产生更明显的纤维化;而静脉内注射则产生严重的淤血水肿和血栓形成。结论:消痔灵可能成为一种高效、并发症少的理想硬化剂。
Objective: To compare the sclerotic effects and topical toxicity of three hardeners. Methods: 152 S D rats were randomly divided into 5% sodium morrhuate group (n = 48), 1% ethoxylated alcohol group (n = 48), Xiaozhiling injection group (n = 48) (N = 8). Each rat injected three kinds of sclerosing agents into and around the femoral vein with its own control. Histological examination was performed on the vein and surrounding tissues 2 to 3 weeks after the injection. Results: After 24 h, necrotic inflammation accompanied by neutrophil infiltration occurred in 5% sodium morrhuate group and 1% ethoxylated alcohol group, while “coagulation necrosis” occurred in Xiaozhiling group with mild inflammatory cell infiltration . After 72 h, granulation tissue began to repair and gradually fibrosis. Xiao hemorrhoids in the vein around the injection after the more obvious fibrosis; and intravenous injection is a serious congestion edema and thrombosis. Conclusion: Xiao Zhi Ling may become an efficient, less complications ideal curing agent.
