近年来电生理研究表明,刺激导水管周围灰质(PAG)特别是腹外侧区,具有明显的镇痛效应。本文中应用Nauta溃变纤维银染法来研究PAG腹外侧区的传出性投射。 实验大鼠,用乌拉坦麻醉,固定在定向仪上,损毁电极由同侧垂直或对侧斜位进入。 结果表明,损毁PAG腹外侧区后,可见溃变纤维分上行和下行两组。上行组纤维可分三组;(1)通过背侧纵束和室周系统可在第三脑室室周灰质;下丘脑后核;下丘脑腹内侧核与背内侧核;束旁核;丘脑网状核;丘脑外侧核,腹侧核和暖昧带中观察到溃变纤维和终未。此外,溃变纤维沿被盖腹侧区上行,经内侧前脑束到乳头体后核与内侧核;隔内侧核。另外少部分溃变纤维经髓纹至缰内、外侧核;(2)损毁处
In recent years electrophysiological studies have shown that stimulation of the periaqueductal gray (PAG), especially the ventrolateral region, has a significant analgesic effect. In this paper, Nauta degenerative fiber silver staining was used to study the outgoing projection of the PAG.
