已知烟草的烟中有24种金属,其中有害的金属有镉、铅、汞、砷等,其中镉与肺癌有很密切的关系,可能是一种致突变的重要因素之一.吸烟对免疫也有较大的影响,吸烟者血清中IgG和IgM水平较非吸烟者明显减低,且 OKT4降低而OKT8升高,Tn/Ts比值倒置,这恰与肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化相似.因此,烟草中镉与肺癌的关系最大.
Tobacco is known to have 24 kinds of metals in the tobacco, among which harmful metals are cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic, etc. Among them, cadmium has a close relationship with lung cancer, which may be one of the important factors of mutagenesis. Smoking also has a greater impact on immunity. The level of IgG and IgM in smokers’ serum is significantly lower than that of non-smokers, and OKT4 is decreased and OKT8 is elevated. The Tn/Ts ratio is inverted. This is precisely related to the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in lung cancer patients. The changes are similar. Therefore, the relationship between cadmium in tobacco and lung cancer is the largest.
