目的 观察胸腺蛋白(thymic protein,TP) 对胃粘膜的保护作用。方法 经口给小鼠灌入氨水、幽门螺杆菌(Hp) 培养液,给大鼠灌入酸酒精诱发胃粘膜损伤,在损伤前给动物口服TP,损伤后一小时处死动物,计算胃粘膜损伤指数。结果 (1) 氨水加上Hp 培养液诱发的胃粘膜损伤指数,由对照组的69.5 ±21.2 下降到TP组的47 .6 ±18.6( P<0 .05)。(2) 酸酒精诱发的损伤指数由对照组的42.6±24 .6 下降到TP组的10 .9±9 .7(P< 0.01)。结论 TP有保护胃粘膜抵抗氨水、Hp 培养液、酸及酒精等的损伤作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of thymic protein (TP) on gastric mucosa. Methods Mice were instilled with aqueous ammonia and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) culture medium, gastric acid mucosal injury was induced in rats, TP was given orally to animals before injury, animals were sacrificed one hour after injury, and gastric mucosal injury index. Results (1) The gastric mucosal injury index induced by ammonia water and Hp culture medium decreased from 69.5 ± 21.2 in the control group to 47 in the TP group. 6 ± 18.6 (P <0 .05). (2) Acid alcohol-induced injury index was 42.6 ± 24 in the control group. 6 dropped to 10 in the TP group. 9 ± 9. 7 (P <0.01). Conclusion TP can protect gastric mucosa against ammonia, Hp culture, acid and alcohol injury.
