为减小井下隐蔽火源治理工作的盲目性,提高治理工作的针对性和有效性,基于管理学中的PDCA循环,结合煤矿实际情况,建立适用于隐蔽火源点治理工作管理的PDCA循环模型。此循环包括火源治理方案的制定、执行、效果评价和改进,其中,治理效果可由模糊综合评价法M(.,+)模型进行定量评价,方案改进可通过事故树分析法(FTA)找出途径。结果表明:火源治理效果根据评价结果 E值的不同可分为“好”、“中”、“差”3级,当评价结果为“差”时可根据事故树的17个最小割集,逐一找出原因并提出改进措施。
In order to reduce the blindness of hidden underground fire source management and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the management, based on the PDCA cycle in management and the actual situation of coal mine, a PDCA cycle model suitable for hidden fire source management work was established . This cycle includes the formulation, implementation, evaluation and improvement of fire source management solutions. Among them, the governance effect can be quantitatively evaluated by the M (., +) Model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the improvement of the program can be found by accident tree analysis (FTA) way. The results show that the effect of fire source management can be divided into 3 levels of “good”, “medium” and “bad” according to the difference of E value of the evaluation result. When the evaluation result is “bad” Tree 17 minimum cut sets, one by one to find out the reasons and propose improvements.
