胆碱酯酶复活药是一类能使已被有机磷酸酯类抑制的AchE恢复活性的药物。常用的有碘解磷定和氯解磷定等,均为肟类化合物。使用此类药物时,应注意如下方面的问题: 1 药物选择 目前国内外应用较多的复能剂为吡啶醛肟类化合物,主要有氯解磷定和碘解磷定。氯解磷定含肟量高,重活化作用较强,毒副作用较小,水溶性好,既能静脉注射,又能肌肉注射。而碘解磷定含肟量较低,重活化作用较弱,用量大时副作用较大,水溶性差,只能静脉注射。因此临床上以氯解磷定为首选复能剂。现普遍认为,复能剂对甲拌磷、内吸磷、对硫磷、甲胺磷、丙氟磷等急性中毒有显著疗效,对敌敌畏、敌百虫、氧化乐果、乐果、马拉硫磷等中毒疗效较差。但1995年发现,在大鼠标本上观察到了肟类药物对敌敌畏、氧化乐果所致膈神经膈肌接头阻断有直接拮抗作用,这又为在一定安全剂
