1987年12月4日至10日,中国烟草总公司在北京召开了1988年全国烟叶生产工作会议。出席会议的有各省、自治区、直辖市烟草公司及部分地、县烟草公司和烟厂的代表,44个地、州、市和136个县、旗、市的领导及有关科研、高等院校的专家教授也应邀参加了会议,与会代表共750人。这次会议的内容,一是主要烟区汇报1987年的烟叶生产工作情况,介绍典型经验,实事求是地总结教训;二是根据1987年烟叶生产收购工作中出现的新情况、新问题,重点讨论研
